This policy only applies to products purchased through Fast Cables E-Shop.
The Company will only allow exchange of its products in the following circumstances:
Incorrect product delivered by the Company or Courier partner.
Product found damaged at the time of delivery.
Customer should contact Fast Cables Customer Relations (CR) Department at (042)-111-000-343 or email@example.com to log a request and consult CR Officer regarding steps involved in processing the exchange. Customer will need to provide the following information to CR Officer:
Date of Purchase
Delivery Challan from Courier Partner
Product to be exchanged must be in “newly purchased” condition and in its original packaging. The Company reserves the right to reject request if any original component is missing and/or product has been used.
The Company will not entertain any request for exchange if Fast Tasdeeq sticker on cable coil has been scratched.
The Company does not exchange any leftover or excess cable.
Fast Cables reserves the right to update the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice.
