Fast Traineeship Program

Fast Lights has launched a Trainee Program to provide an opportunity for fresh engineering graduates and diploma holders to become part of our dynamic team. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to support young engineers in the country and complements our Fast Scholarship Program in leading engineering universities across Pakistan.

This on-the-job training program will help young aspiring engineers acquire the skills and knowledge needed for professional growth and career advancement in a competitive market place. Participants will take part in an Orientation Program at relevant Manufacturing Unit followed by on job training in different sections of the facility. Top performers may also get an opportunity to continue working with Fast Cables as permanent employees.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical, Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) Electrical OR Diploma in Associate Engineer (DAE) Electrical with excellent grades.
  2. Recommendation by University Professors.

Fast Internship Program

Fast Light’s internships are designed to provide students with an opportunity to work on current office assignments in order to gain practical experience. We offer internships in various disciplines including Production, Quality Control, Information Technology (ICT), Accounts & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Customer Relations, etc. There are two types of internship programes:

Summer Internship Program
The ‘Young Leader Internship Program’ entails eight weeks of training in the summer. Students are assigned to a department based on their interests and are given a chance to develop their own project as a subset of ongoing work in the department.
Year Round Internships
Four to eight weeks internships are available throughout the year. Students learn from real time assignments gaining hands on valuable practical knowledge in their respective areas of interest.
